摘要

Abstract

Improved split ring elements loading metal patches were designed. Analyzing results show that the split ring FSS has almost no effect on the transmission property compared with close ring FSS for normal TE incident wave, the resonance frequency and−3dB transmission bandwidth of two kinds of FSS are 12 GHz and 8 GHz, respectively. But the single split ring FSS structure can reduce the resonant frequency to 5.5 GHz and second resonance takes place at 16.6 GHz. However, the double split ring FSS structure can increase resonant frequency to 21.5 GHz for normal TM incident wave.
