Abstract
We are rich in jujube resources in China, but the comprehensive utilization of jujube is low. In this paper, the author summarized the nutritional contents and the current utilization ways of jujube. On this basis, the development direction of jujube product was proposed, in order to improve the comprehensive utilization of jujube.关键词
