摘要
Abstract
To develop a method for alkaloids of pericarpium papaveris (morphine, thebaine, papaverine and narcotine) in distilled wines and mixed wines by LC-MS/MS. The wines were separated in ODS-C18 column with acetonitrile-ammonium acetate solution after purificatied by PCX solid-phase extraction column. The data was quantified by external standard method under the positive ion mode. The limits of detection for morphine, thebaine, papaverine and narcotine were 20ng/mL, 5ng/mL, 5ng/mL and 5ng/mL, the average recoveries between 91.1%~101.4%. This method was accurate and reliable with simple sample prepatation, and could be used for the determination of alkaloids of pericarpium papaveris in wines.关键词
