Abstract
The shape, color, taste and storability of Gansu Tianshui "Huaniu apple" are to catch up with and surpass the USA"delicious",and it is the only comparable with America delicious apple brand. In this paper, the author describes the technical measures to improve the quality "Huaniu apple",in order to help local farmers production,and to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the place name excellent.关键词
