Abstract
The problem is the voice of the times,and the expression of contradictory things.Solving the difficulties of education develop-ment,concentrating on the focus of education conflict and relative solutions and concerning about the pain points education equity are the start-ing point of the education system innovation,and"play" the starting point and end-result of elite group as well.The combination of education fairness and justice with the development of education in Chengdu is to solve the problems of regional,urban and rural,intercollegiate imbal-anced education development and"school choice" existing in the process of developing the education of Chengdu.Elite group is not only the practical choice of the combination of education justice theory with Chengdu education actuality,but also the"transitional"institutional arrange-ment to rapidly promote the fair development of Chengdu education as well as the balanced development of urban and rural education.关键词
