Abstract
Education and talent are all about learning and activities,which essence are the practice of human science.In principle,educa-tion can not directly bring up talent,but the talent needs education and training.The goal of education and training should be high-end position-ing and low-end of the beginning.The cultivation of citizens and workers should be included in the talent training.The function of education is to lay a foundation for the development of an individual,e.g.from such four aspects as the personality,knowledge,thinking and methods,lay a foundation for healthy personality,network knowledge,innovative thinking,practical ability and technical ability as well as the emotional quo-tient.关键词
