摘要
Abstract
Through the literature research, this thesis compares the differences of pre-service training system of preschool teachers between China and major developed Countries, illustrating the advantages of major developed countries and the problems of China in diploma level, department and major, curriculum offered and students' choice, putting forward four proposals——improve the quality steadily, view diploma rationally;diversify training department, make clear level of running schools, enrich general curriculum, value educational practice, relax restrictions on major, increase opportunity of choice.关键词
