高等职业教育校企合作的现实困境与应对策略
The Realistic Difficulties and Coping Strategies for School-Enterprise Cooperation of Higher Vocational School

Abstract
The school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational school is faced with difficulties concerning its form, content,management mode and management system and so on, of which the fundamental causes mainly are the defectiveness of relevant laws and systems, the lagged educational management system, the imperfect cooperative system and the despise from traditional concept against vocational education and the like. Only school-enterprise cooperation based on common interests can establish stable cooperative relations, and strengthen the leading role of the government while in virtue of the market forces. Above all, the modern apprenticeship system as a personnel training mode is the priority-high one at present for school-enterprise cooperation .关键词
