摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this paper was to study the effect of compound micro-ecological preparation on chickˊs immune organs index, intestinal bacterial colony and mortality rate during early farming stage of broiler. In this experiment, 1-day-old 12600 broilers were divided into 3 groups, each group included 3 repeats and each repeat 1400 broilers. Control group feed basal diet, treatment group add 100ml/200L compound micro-ecological among basal diet. In antibiotics group, add 10g/40kg lactic acid ciprofloxacin among basal diet. There will be a 14- day trial period. Results showed that antibiotics had inhibiting effect on the thymus development of chicks. Compound micro-ecological group could improve immune organs index of chicks (P<0.05) significantly and promote immune organs development compared with control group and antibiotics group. In the meantime, the numbers of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in chickˊs cecum increased significantly in the compound probiotics group. It also was able to inhibit E. Coli. from multiplying to some extent and reduce chickˊs mortality rate by 2.14%. Trial result indicated that feeding compound micro-ecological preparation was able to improve chickˊs immunity and reduce mortality rate.
