“湖景蜜露”水蜜桃品质分析方法的研究
Study on Quality Analysis Methods of "Hujingmilu"Peach
摘要
Abstract
To establish quality evaluation method of "Hujingmilu"peach and provide the theoretic basis for the quality difference among different regions,six appearance indexes(Single fruit weight,diameter trans-versa,vertical diameter,fruit shape index,colour,hardness)and seven nutritive index(total soluble solids,ti-tratable acid,ratio of TSS to TA,Vc and water content)of peaches form six different regions of Ningbo were measured.The data were analyzed by principal component analysis and system atic cluster analysis.The results show that the quality indexes of peach from different regions were significant different,Cluster analysis showed that the peaches could be divided into 3 classes,and in principal component analysis,there principal compo-nents were extracted,and their cumulative variance contribution rate was up to 91 .288%,which reflected the quality characteristics of peachesmostly.According to the comprehensive evaluation results,region5,3,1 had better overall quality among the tested.关键词
