Abstract
With the development of economy and technology, the integrated circuit industry has made a rapid development. IC testing is becoming more and more important in IC industry chain, which is one of the important parts of IC industry. It is one of the key links to guarantee the performance and quality of integrated circuits. The major semiconductor manufacturers are trying to improve the production efficiency and detection efficiency, the production of manufacturers in the chip production in the use of automated semiconductor testing apparatus and high speed, intelligent IC handler. This paper introduces the common fault repair and application of IC handler.关键词
