复方谷氨酰胺联合益生菌预防氟尿嘧啶化疗相关腹泻OACSTPCD
Compound Glutamine with Probiotics in Prevention of Fluorouracil Chemotherapy Associated Diarrhea
目的：分析复方谷氨酰胺联合益生菌对氟尿嘧啶化疗相关腹泻的预防作用。方法收集62例应用氟尿嘧啶化疗患者相关资料,其中试验组31例口服复方谷氨酰胺胶囊及复方嗜酸乳杆菌片进行预处理,对照组31例不做预处理。观察两组患者的腹泻发生情况,进行统计学分析。结果试验组患者共化疗128个周期,40个周期(31．25%)发生腹泻,其中10个周期(4．50%)发生Ⅲ~Ⅳ级腹泻；对照组共化疗92个周期,43个周期(46．74%)发生腹泻,其中16个周期(17．39%)…查看全部>>
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of compound glutamine combined with probiotics in prevention of fluorou-racil chemotherapy associated diarrhea.
