基于 DEA 交叉效率的灰色加权关联评价模型研究OACSTPCD
Research on gray weighted relational evaluation model based on DEA cross-efficiency
构建了基于 DEA 交叉效率的灰色加权关联评价模型。该模型充分利用了灰色理论在小样本、贫信息绩效评价领域的优势，同时考虑了评价决策者的偏好程度，采用非线性加权评价方法，以避免线性加权可能带来的评价不平衡性；利用 DEA 交叉模型得到效率比值，使得偏好权重更加符合客观实际，从而降低直接赋权引起的主观性。运用所构建模型对河南省15所本科高校办学效益评价的实证训练和仿真结果表明，其在相关绩效评价领域具有实用性和适用性。
