脱落酸对设施栽培火焰无核葡萄果实品质的影响
Effect of exogenous ABA on the fruit quality of Flame Seedless grapesvine under greenhouse cultivation
摘要
Abstract
Flame Seedless grapevine in greenhouse cultivation as the material to evaluate the effect of exogenous ABA on fruit quality, including fruit weight, soluble solid content, titration acid and anthocyanin content by the treatment of the solution of 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 mg/L concentration respectively on the initial stage of veraison. The results showed that the effect of all treatments were significant on soluble solid content, titration acid and anthocyanin content, but not significant on fruit weight, and the treatment of 300 mg/L was the best. The results indicated that exogenous ABA could improve quality and promote maturity of the friut of Flame Seedless grapevine.关键词
