单负材料异质结中电磁波的传播特性研究
Propagation properties of electromagnetic waves in heterostructure constructed by single negative materials
摘要
Abstract
The propagation properties of electromagnetic waves in heterostructure constructed by epsilon-negative and mu-negative materials were investigated experimentally, utilizing the single negative materials fabricated through loading lumped-element capacitors and inductors on coplanar waveguide (CPW). The results show that the subwavelength cavity resonator can be realized by using the single negative materials heterostructure based on CPW, due to the tunneling properties of electromagnetic waves in heterostructure. Furthermore, the occurring of tunneling phenomenon and even the tunneling frequency is insensitive to the breakdown of periodicity of loading capacitors and inductors.关键词
