Abstract
The UHF band wide-band lumped Wilkinson power divider based on LTCC technology was presented. The power divider was composed of LC structure based on odd-even mode theory, so as to realize stronger isolation. Spiral inductance structure was adopted in this design to realize the miniaturization of the power divider. By ADS circuit simulation and the HFSS software to optimize the 3D modeling, the power divider was fabricated and tested. Results denote that the test result of the power divider matches the simulation result. The center frequency of the power divider is 1.05 GHz, the bandwidth is 300 MHz, the insertion losses of two output ports are better than 3.26 dB, the isolation is over 28 dB (1.08 GHz<f<1.14 GHz), the return loss is superior to 20 dB, and the size is only 3.10 mm×1.55 mm×0.89 mm.关键词
