摘要
Abstract
Chinese yam (Dioscorea opposite.Thunb)has a very high medicinal and edible value.The current situation and new technologies of processing of Chinese yam were introduced in this paper.Main prob-lems and its countermeasures for Chinese yam processing were analyzed.Furthermore,the prospect of develop-ment of Chinese yam processing were also predicted in this paper.关键词
