高校酒店专业“90后”新生的职业认知调查研究*--以三亚学院为例
Research on the Post-90s Freshmen’s Occupation Cognition of Hotel Specialty in Universities-Taking Sanya College as an example
摘要
Abstract
There is a certain gap between the education of Hotel specialty in universities and social needs since most of the students do not choose to obtain employment in the professional field after graduation .While the post-90s freshmen are the important components of the hotel in-dustry in the future ,analyzing their occupation cognition is important to the teaching reform of the hotel specialty .The research found out that the post-90s freshmen of Hotel specialty are optimistic for the development of hotel career ,but they also have some one-sided perception .Thus , the article advises that the universities reinforce the educating and guiding of the occupation cognition in the teaching process ,help the students to do a good job in career planning and promote the students to choose the hotel occupation .关键词
