警察院校隐性课程建设问题及对策研究
A Study on the Construction of Hidden Curriculum in Police Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
Hidden curriculum ,a kind of curriculum concept being relative to the explicit curriculum ,has a very important influence on the personnel training in colleges and universities .The concept of hidden curriculum construction in police colleges is relatively weak ,the construc-tion is relatively simple and the environment is relatively closed .On the one hand ,the police colleges and universities need to raise awareness , constantly strengthen the concept and consciousness of the hidden curriculum construction ,reinforce planning and design ,bring hidden curricu-lum construction into the curriculum construction and the overall development as well as into normal teaching management and daily construc-tion .On the other hand ,the police colleges and universities should fully exploit the implicit educational significance and value of explicit curric-ulum ,combining the construction of explicit curriculum with the construction of hidden curriculum .Meanwhile ,they need to strengthen the con-struction of campus culture to highlight its implicit educational function and meaning ,expand the channels of social practice ,and give full play to the important role and influence in the modern police personnel training .关键词
