摘要

Abstract

Under the background of internationalization of education ,the implementation of the mutual recognition of credits at home and abroad has become an important direction of global education reform .The mutual recognition of credits is an innovation of the credit system , which is to adapt to the basic trend of pluralism and openness of the development of higher education .In China’s universities ,mutual recogni-tion of credits of transnational study started late ,and the development is not balanced .There are no relevant laws and supporting policies .More-over ,credit setting and quality assessment are not standardized due to the lack of a unified standard .On the basis of the analysis on the typical mode and its characteristics of international mutual recognition of credits abroad ,this paper designs the mutual credits recognition mechanism and implementation path based on the“people-oriented” philosophy ,and also puts forward corresponding management countermeasures from China’s government and college levels:To develop a unified credit setting standard and construct interscholastic platform of mutual recognition of credits;implement“credit bank”system integrated with the Internet ;strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the level of in-ternationalization of the educational administration management .
