摘要

Abstract

The protection of the rights and interests of teachers lies in the establishment of modern school system .The far-reaching impact on education caused by the traditional Chinese cultural value of “Family-Country Integration”from such aspects as social and traditional cus-toms ,educational idea ,educational research ,school management ,and the legal system highlights the imbalance challenges faced by teachers ’ rights and interests in the course of the reform of the education system in the new era .This paper ,taking the system construction of Qionglai Modern School of Chengdu as an example ,explores the system to promote the protection of teachers ’ rights and interests from the school regula-tions construction ,the modern school management structure ,school information disclosure and home-school cooperation .
