摘要
Abstract
“When the shoe fits ,the foot is forgotten” ,that is to say the true education is a kind of potential education ,which has put for-ward a very high demand to the teacher .But teachers today are living in such a dilemma that teachers need to sort out the value of internal con-flict in education ,and to coordinate the value conflict between personal life and educational life .At the same time ,in the reality of life in educa-tion ,the social public also includes teachers themselves ,always regard teachers as the existence of function ,ignoring the existence of teachers’ life ,which leads to the loss of teachers’“individual self” .Therefore ,teachers should make the construction of “individual self” through their self-development ,more happiness investment and emotional experience .关键词
