新课程背景下高中理科教师开展教学科研现状的调查和分析
The Survey and Analysis on the Status Quo of Teaching and Research of High School Science Teachers under the Background of New Curriculum

Abstract
Teaching and research are the two sides of teachers ’ professional life .Teaching and research is the need of the new curriculum and the implementation of “teacher as researcher”as well as to meet the needs of the teachers’ professional development .The article analyzes the status quo on teaching and research of high school science teachers .The survey takes the form of questionnaire and individual interview .By the carding and analyzing of the results ,the article suggests that the school should extensively promote and organize teachers to participate in teaching and research ,encourage them to read more books ,cultivate their problem consciousness ,strengthen the position and role of teaching action research in school teaching and research as well as build a good environment for teaching and research .关键词
