摘要

Abstract

Teaching and research are the two sides of teachers ’ professional life .Teaching and research is the need of the new curriculum and the implementation of “teacher as researcher”as well as to meet the needs of the teachers’ professional development .The article analyzes the status quo on teaching and research of high school science teachers .The survey takes the form of questionnaire and individual interview .By the carding and analyzing of the results ,the article suggests that the school should extensively promote and organize teachers to participate in teaching and research ,encourage them to read more books ,cultivate their problem consciousness ,strengthen the position and role of teaching action research in school teaching and research as well as build a good environment for teaching and research .
