The Connotation and Practice of People-oriented in University Personnel Training

Abstract
People-oriented is an important guiding ideology to promote the scientific development of human .University personnel training is training system combined with teacher’s teaching ,student’s taking the initiative to study ,university leader’s scientific guidance ,manager’s sci-entific management ,teaching staff’s auxiliary and support crew’s service .University personnel training should make clear the development con-cept ,position development direction ,insist on the subjectivity of human ,play the main role of human ;analyze people’s needs ,improve people’ s satisfaction ,which are effective ways to improve the quality of personnel training .关键词
