Research progress in preparation and application of phosphorene
摘要
Abstract
Based on the domestic and foreign research progress on the development of phosphorene material, the preparation method contains the mechanical exfoliation, liquid phase exfoliation and chemical synthesis are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of previous preparation methods are analyzed. Based on the structure and properties of phosphorene, the applications in the field effect transistor and photoelectron device are introduced. Finally, the main research direction and development trend are forcasted.关键词
