Abstract
The (1–x)Ca0.7Nd0.2TiO3-xBa0.4Sr0.6TiO3(0.05≤x≤ 0.5) perovskite-like ceramics were prepared by the solid state reaction method. The sintering behavior, phases structure, microstructures and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics were studied. The results indicate that theQ·fandτfvaluesof the samples increase monotonously with an increasing of (Ba0.4Sr0.6)2+ content while theεrincrease firstly and then decrease slightly. Also, the microwave dielectric properties of the ceramic (x= 0.2) sintered at 1 450℃ for 4h show a slight decrease inQ·f (5 900 GHz) andεr(151.3), and a much lowerτf (399.4×10–6/℃). Thus, the (1-x)Ca0.7Nd0.2TiO3-xBa0.4Sr0.6TiO3 ceramics are expected to replace conventional CaTiO3 system as a novel high-dielectric microwave material.关键词
