Research progress of voriconazole pharmacokinetics based on gene polymorphisms
伏立康唑是临床最常用的抗真菌药物之一，但由于受基因多态性等多因素影响，个体差异较大，不良反应严重，传统的给药模式已满足不了临床的需求。本文对基于基因多态性的伏立康唑药代动力学研究现状做一综述，以期为临床合理用药提供参考依据。
