罗非鱼鱼鳞盐酸脱灰的工艺参数优化
The Process Parameters Optimization on Deliming of Tilapia Scales with HCl

Abstract
Abstrat:The deliming of tilapia scales was studied by hydrochloric acid method.The influence of ash re-moval rate such as HCl concentration,solid-liquid ratio,stirring speed,acid leaching time,temperature and other factors was studied.The concentration of hydrochloric acid 0.5mol/L,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶15,stir-ring speed 100r/min ,extracting time 1.5h,under constant temperature,ash removal rate is the highest,ash content of 1 .94%.Ash removal rate reached 94.77%,the ash content<2%,in accordance with the require-ments of enterprises for the raw materials.关键词
