Abstract
Aim at in the process of the traditional roast Nang is easy to scald arm,the heat loss is large, serious environmental pollution,is not convenient to move and other issues.In the study and comparison on the basis of the existing various roast Nang device that design a lift home roast Nang machine that identified the device works.Then through the orthogonal experiment on the roast Nang machine performance test,the test showed that the baking temperature control in the range of 220~230℃,12min can be bake a suitable color, taste the best called Nang bread.The household roast Nang machine reasonable structure,simple operation, convention move that satisfy for domestic demand for roast Nang.关键词
