摘要
Abstract
An automatic measuring and filling machine for molybdenum powder is developed to solve the problems during the artificial measuring and filling in the enterprise.Equipment combines with the principle of addition scale and subtraction scale,and adopts the method of shock compaction for quantitative filling of mo-lybdenum powder.The research results showed that:when the measuring value is set to 48 kg,shock stroke is 280 mm,and shock number is 6 times,the productivity will be 12~13 rods /hour and accuracy level will ar-rive X (0.2).After filling molybdenum powder density in hose is uniform.The molybdenum rods ,which are produced after isostatic pressing,fully meet the requirements of the late production process.关键词
