吉林地区水稻纹枯病菌对噻呋酰胺药物的敏感基线探讨
Sensitive Baseline of Rhizoctonia solani to Thifluzamide in Jilin Province

Abstract
The aim of the study was to investigate the sensitivity of Rhizoctonia solani to thifluzamide. The sensitivities of 102 Rhizoctonia solani isolates to thifluzamide from 8 rice production areas in Jilin province were determined by mycelium growth rate. The results showed that the EC50 value of the most sensitive strain was 0.0109 mg•L-1 and the EC50 value of the least sensitive strain was 3.0913 mg•L-1. The EC50 values of multi-core strains were distributed in 0.0109-0.2023 mg•L-1 and the EC50 values of dual-core strains were distributed in 0.2956-3.0913 mg•L-1. According to Gaussian distribution of multi-core strains, the average EC50 value (0.0630±0.0388) mg•L-1 was the baseline-sensitivity of R. solani to thifluzamide in Jilin Province. The sensitivities of multi-core and dual-core strains to thifluzamide had significant difference.关键词
