Abstract

The aim of the study was to investigate the sensitivity of Rhizoctonia solani to thifluzamide. The sensitivities of 102 Rhizoctonia solani isolates to thifluzamide from 8 rice production areas in Jilin province were determined by mycelium growth rate. The results showed that the EC50 value of the most sensitive strain was 0.0109 mg•L-1 and the EC50 value of the least sensitive strain was 3.0913 mg•L-1. The EC50 values of multi-core strains were distributed in 0.0109-0.2023 mg•L-1 and the EC50 values of dual-core strains were distributed in 0.2956-3.0913 mg•L-1. According to Gaussian distribution of multi-core strains, the average EC50 value (0.0630±0.0388) mg•L-1 was the baseline-sensitivity of R. solani to thifluzamide in Jilin Province. The sensitivities of multi-core and dual-core strains to thifluzamide had significant difference.
