转基因抗除草剂玉米DAS-40278-9品系特异实时荧光定量PCR检测方法的建立

Abstract
Event-specific quantitative PCR detection method of genetically modified maize (Event DAS-40278-9) was established.PCR primers and Taqman probe were designed according to the flanking sequence of exogenous gene of Event DAS-40278-9 by the ABI Primer Express 3.0.Sample containing 1% of Event DAS-40278-9 was tested.The resuits showed that the standard curve obtained was credible through the slope,the correlation coefficient,amplification efficiency.The detection result of sample was 1.04%,closed to the true content.It was proved that the specificity,sensitivity and precision of this method was relatively high and could be used to test GMO samples.关键词
