Abstract
3-methylthiopropanol in 2 types of liquor was quantified by internal standard method followed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrum with Selected Ion Monitor (GC-MS/SIM) which was reported in this paper.4-methylth-iobutanol was used as an internal standard.The liquor was extracted by dichloromethane for sample pretreatment.The chromatographic condition carried out that:weak polar chromatographic column TG-5MS (30 m × 0.25 mm× 0.25 m),programmed temperature,inlet temperature 250 ℃.The conditions of GC-MS were optimized,and the selected ions were m/z 106 and 61.The results showed:the method had good linearity (R2=0.9991)in the range of 10 μg/L ~ 10 mg/L,the LOD was 5 μg/L,the LOQ was 10 μg/L,the recovery rate was between 86.0% ~ 93.7% under the level of 100 μg/L,500 μg/L and 2 mg/L,the precision were all less than 4%.14 samples from 2 types of liquor were detected.3-methylthiopropanol were detected in 4 out of 7 chixiang flavor Chinese Baijiu samples,the content were between 10.4 ~105.5 μg/L.7 fruit wine samples were detected,the content of 3-methylthiopropanol in all but one were between 10.1μg/L ~ 1.4713 mg/L.关键词
