Orthogonal Optimization of Vibratory Feeder′s Operation Parameters on Rare Metals Powder Weighing Machine
摘要
Abstract
A test platform was set up for determining the optimal operating parameters of vibratory feeder on CJ2000 weighing machine,during the working process of Mo,W and Nd-Fe-B powder.An orthogonal test was taken with mixed Mo powder,while three parameters of plug height,coarse feed voltage and fine feed voltage was made as the experimental factors,and the test results were analyzed.Conclusively,to achieving the desired weighing speed and accuracy,the optimum operating parameters respectively should be the plug height at 18mm,the coarse feed voltage at 194V and the fine one at 165V.关键词
