摘要

Abstract

Microwave drying technology was discussed in the pape.Firstly,the research progress and ap-plication of microwave drying technology in the processing of agricultural products were introduced,and the problem of uneven drying,local burns and other defects in microwave drying process were put forward.Then e-laborated the current technology and equipment′s research process in hot-air microwave fluidized drying,vacu-um microwave drying,vacuum freeze microwave drying and other combined microwave drying methods.With the analysis of the advantage and disadvantage of different drying technologies,the technology of microwave combined drying process is the development trend of the microwave drying industry of agricultural products.
