Abstract
The discipline formed by knowledge as a logical starting point of higher education has become an important factor endowment in the process of development of universities ,and the level of factor endowments determines the position and development of universities in the whole higher education system under the guidance of the classification management .Only by improving the relative comparative advantages of universities ,finding a suitable position ,making scientific development strategy programming ,can make the universities achieve dislocation devel-opment and form their own characteristics .关键词
