高校青年教师生存状况与职业发展研究*--基于重庆市的调查分析
Research on Living Conditions and Career Development of Young Teachers in Universities-A Survey Study of Chongqing
摘要
Abstract
Through the survey on living conditions and career development of young teachers form seven universities in Chongqing ,it is found out that ,on the whole ,most young teachers have basic sense of career identification .Meanwhile ,there are some problems on work pres-sure ,interpersonal relationship ,income ,physical health ,career development environment ,research tasks ,training and academic communication , etc .In order to solve these problems ,universities need to improve the evaluation mechanism ,optimize policies of merit pay and strengthen ideo-logical guidance .关键词
