基于“他者镜像”与“自我认同”之维建构幼儿教师身份认同的可行性分析
An Analysis of the Feasibility of Constructing Preschool Teachers ’ Identity Based on“Other’s Mirror Image” and“Self-identity”
摘要
Abstract
The identity of preschool teachers is the ontology of their existence ,that is ,the basis and belonging of their existence .“Other’s mirror image” ,existing as the subject matter and system stipulation ,helps the preschool teachers to determine their position with the presentation of “mirror image” and the concept expectations .Self-identity is a kind of intrinsic identity which continuously changes in the individual life ex-perience and pursues the value of the main body .In this paper ,the feasibility of constructing the identity of preschool teachers is discussed from the dimensions of“other’s mirror image”and“self-identity” .It is found that“other’s mirror image”shapes the reasonable object identity ,reg-ulates the tool value of the object identity and clarifies the explicit characteristic of identity .While self-identity constructs the subject identity and explores the ontological value in action to promote self internal continuous transformation .关键词
