摘要

Abstract

The special color wheat contains rich protein,amino acid,microelements and minerals which are beneficial to humans. The wheat has better possession quality,and there is a plenty of natural pig-ments in the kernel,which has high application value and development potential. Research on plant cul-tivation,characteristics of special color wheat,its development and utilization in food processing and ex-isting problems were summarized. The development of application of special color wheat was prospected to provide a support for processing of the special color wheat.
