基于百度指数的用户健康信息搜寻行为分析OA
Analysis on Health Information Search Behaviors of Users Based on the Baidu Index
目的：了解用户需求，以便提供更有针对性的疾病健康信息。方法以百度指数为基础，利用信息搜寻理论对用户健康信息搜索行为进行分析。结果通过对中西医疾病名称的热点词进行分析，平均搜索指数＞3000的疾病有29个，其中关注预防方面有11个疾病，关注症状有21个疾病，关注治疗有26个疾病，关注患者饮食有13个疾病，关注医院信息有3个疾病。结论图书馆需要提供专业性的服务，以期最大程度地满足用户要求。
