平衡施肥对赤霞珠葡萄生长和果实品质的影响

Abstract
The four-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon were conducted to explore the effects of balanced fertilization on shoot growth and fruit quality. The results indicated that, thickness of shoots and area of leaves in different balanced fertilization groups were bigger than that of CK group, but on the contrary, there was longer new shoots in CK group. After harvesting of fruit, some fertilization treatments dramatically improved a few fruit quality, such as weight of single cluster and berry, equatorial diameter of berry, soluble solids, juice yield, total acid, reducing sugar and tannin, etc. But there were no significant difference in vertical diameter of berry, content of vitamin C and anthocyanin in fruit. Overall, T6 treatment had more obvious improvement in shoot growth and fruit quality than others treatments.关键词
