摘要
Abstract
According to the cationic dispersion rosin sizing mechanism,use cationic dispersed rosin sizing rate,the gloss of molded products and the friction coefficient to evaluate the performance of products.In order to study the impact on the cationic dispersion rosin sizing by hot pressing technology.By orthogonal experiment,u-sing range analysis and ANOVA ,we know that the optimum hot pressing process parameters is:pulp freeness 30° SR;sizing amount 1.5%;temperature 110 ℃;pressure 5MPa.The pressure impact gloss for the most;the pulp freeness impact coefficient of friction for the most;the temperature impact sizing rate for the most.关键词
