摘要

Abstract

Using NaOH,Ca (OH )2 ,urea,SDBS on modified SPI solution,and by means of viscosity change with the modifier type,concentration,modification time to analysing the SPI molecules chemical change and appropriate modification conditions.Putting forward the compound modification method and through the preparation of light wood substitute packaging materials to further analysis of the influence of modifier on the properties of the materials.Using single factor and orthogonal test to determine that when NaOH,Ca(OH)2 ,ure-a,SDBS,SPI∶water quality ratio is 0.01∶0.01∶1.2∶0.1∶1∶10,modification temperature 40℃,compound modifi-cation time 3h,SPI adhesives for preparation of lightweight wood packaging materials is the best solutions.
