摘要

Abstract

The vacuum package technology of rice dumplings,making analysis of its physical properties and packanging requirements.A new type of stretch thermoforming film structure and vacuum package process is designed and discussed for four-pieces-packed rice dumplings.The whole package structure and process are illustrated,and the thickness calculation formula of the stretch thermoforming film is established.The new package has its characteristics of safety,beauty and suitable for automatic production.
