基于X射线荧光光谱法的稻米镉含量的快速测定OACSTPCD
Quick determination of Cd in rice based on X - ray fluorescence spectrometry
采用X射线荧光光谱法对稻米中的镉含量进行测定,研究了测定时间、样品质量、样品粉碎粒度对测定结果的影响。结果表明,样品质量和样品的粉碎粒度对测定结果无显著影响,测定时间影响测定结果的稳定性。当测量时间达到720 s时,直接采用稻米样品进行测定,可准确获得稻米的镉含量,测定结果与AAS一致。
The content of Cd in rice was determined by X - ray fluorescence spectrometer. The influence of detection time,sample quality and granularity of sample on the detection results was studied. The re-sults showed that the detection results were not affected by the sample quality and granularity,while the stability of the detection results was affected by detection time.
