摘要

Abstract

At a large-scale pig farm in Shenyang, a strain of polymorphic Gram-negative bacteria was isolated from the lungs of sick pigs suspected with infected by Haemophilus parasuis. According to the culture characteristics and biochemical test results, as well as the PCR identification and sequence alignment of Haemophilus parasuis 16s rRNA specific primer, the homology between the isolate and Hps in GenBank was 99%. Therefore, the isolate is identified as Haemophilus parasuis. The results of antibiotic drug sensitivity test showed that the isolate was more sensitive to Carbenicillin, Ampicillin, Cefazolin, Caftriaxone, Cefoperazone and resistant to Kanamycin, Co-trimoxazole, Ceftazidime and Tetracycline. The genetic evolutionary relationship of 16s rRNA displayed that the isolate was on the same branch with 16s rRNA sequence of Haemophilus parasuis strain 2 of serotype 5, with a close genetic evolutionary relationship between them, and the Nucleotide homology was between 97.4%-100%. Thus it was identified preliminarily as serotype 5 Haemophilus parasuis and named the SY-1 strain. The results provided a basis for diagnosis and clinical prevention and control of the Haemophilus parasuis disease.
