The Social Conditions and Educational Foundation of the Realization of the Value of Comparative Education Research

Abstract
Value realization is the essence and ultimate goal of comparative education research ,but it has never been a natural and sponta-neous process ,requiring a certain social condition and educational foundation .Theoretically ,the research helps to reveal the internal mechanism of the value realization of comparative education ,and also helps to construct the value theory of comparative education .From the point of prac-tice ,it will help to give full play to the practical function of comparative education research .The international background of globalization ,inter-nationalization and integration provides a new social foundation and condition for comparative education research and a new and greater possibil-ity for the realization of its value as well .Certain social demand is the power source for the generation and development of comparative educa-tion ,and the size of social demand still largely restricts and determines the degree of value realization of comparative education research .The value of comparative education research is realized in the process of the correspondence of openness of comparative education and the openness of educational structure system .At the same time ,the difference of the level of educational development ,the knowledge of the national education and that of the compared nation ,scientific and democratic performance in the process of educational decision-making and educational policy-making as well as the improvement of understanding of education and the establishment of its strategic position of priority development constitute the important educational foundation of the full realization of the value of comparative education research .关键词
