University Transformation and the Construction of University Charter
摘要
Abstract
University of our country is transforming from printing culture to electronic culture ,transforming from the creation of knowledge to the application of knowledge ,transforming from subject to interdisciplinary ,transforming from intellectuality to virtue .University transformation is mainly through the continuous transformation of its concept and system to achieve the legalization of transformation .University charter is the carrier of the university concept and system ,its construction combining the electronic culture concept ,emphasizing the value of “application” , reconstruction of interdisciplinary logic system framework and virtue put in system design contribute to the university to achieve scientific trans-formation .关键词
