我国独立学院章程建设：现状、问题及对策*--基于全国独立学院问卷调查的分析
The Construction of Independent Colleges ’ Statutes in China：Actuality,Problems and Solutions---Based on the Analysis of Independent Colleges’ Questionnaire Survey
摘要
Abstract
Statutes is the“fundamental law”of independent colleges ,it plays an important role in guiding and regulating the sustained and healthy development of independent colleges .Through the survey about statute construction of most independent colleges ,we found that :The overall situation is good ,such as corporate governance structure is relatively perfect ,school funding is abundant and teachers’ team is basically stable .The main problems include :improving the internal management system is urgent ;property is not very clear ,the asset management system is imperfect;the overall quality and treatment of teachers need to be further enhanced ;and the direction and characteristic of their future devel-opment need to be further clarified and clear .For this reason ,the next stage of their development need to improve several aspects and make ma-jor breakthroughs:improving the corporate governance structure ,and building a sound internal management system ;clearing property rights ,and improving the asset management system ;strengthening the construction of teaching team ,improving teachers’ quality and treatment ;enhancing the educational characteristics and clarifying future direction ,etc .关键词
