城市型大学专业学位研究生导师队伍建设探析
Research on the Construction of the Tutor Team of Professional Degree Graduate Students in City University
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of the rapid development of professional degree education ,it is both an opportunity and a challenge to carry out professional degree education in City University .Based on the study of the characteristics of professional academic education ,this pa-per analyzes the requirements of professional degree graduate training and orientation to the tutor .And combining with the challenges of educa-tion and teaching idea ,the challenges of the tutor’s professional literacy ,the challenges of teaching methods ,the challenges of educational ob-jects faced by the current tutor team construction ,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions :one is to eliminate the bias of pro-fessional degree education ;the second is to promote the promotion and implementation of the “Double Tutorial System”;the third is to establish a new relationship between tutors and students and the last is to improve the quality of the tutors .关键词
